Jackie Putnam – Performing at Millbrook’s Tim Hortons Camp Day

Millbrook Tim Hortons is hosting Jackie Putnam at the Treaty Trail Power Centre Location on July 13th from 1-3 pm.

This is another one of Jackie’s favorite fundraisers that she is involved in because she loves children and she wants to help empower them by giving them hope, opportunity and to learn new skills.

Throughout the years, Jackie has performed several times at the Tatamagouche Tim Hortons Foundation Camp’s Open House and brought her sons with her to enjoy the whole camp experience with the other children.  This is a place where kids can be kids, have fun, learn new skills and make lifetime friends.

On Camp Day, Jackie encourages you to buy a coffee or iced coffee, purchase a bracelet for $2 or camp day socks for $5, round up your order or place change in their cash box, order a Take 12 (12 sm coffees, cups, cream, sweeteners), purchase a rent-a-tent window decal, or make a one time or monthly donation at:

I’ll Be Right Home To You

This song was released as an online tribute to the Province of Nova Scotia shortly after the April 18th – 19th, 2020 Colchester County tragedies.  This was Jackie’s first song that she had recorded, written by Bob Robichaud, just before the pandemic outbreak and it was going to be featured in a March 2020 showcase in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, USA, which was cancelled due to the pandemic.  She shared her love of music and distributed 200 CD singles as a gift to the families and to local businesses throughout her Colchester County community. Jackie’s breathtaking ballad provides you with a feeling of peace and comfort.  Her voice is so powerful and full of emotion as she sings, “remember me, I’ll be right home to you”.  The song reminds us that one day, we will all be reunited once again with those that we have lost.
